Safe to Eat Brown Grouper

Is it safe to eat Brown Grouper during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

It is safe to eat brown grouper while you are trying to conceive, but you should limit the amount of consumption due to concern of presence of mercury in the brown grouper.
